Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a commodity recommendation system for presenting a wide range of commodities favored by a user. [Solution] The present invention provides a commodity recommendation system comprising: (1) a means for detecting a tag of a commodity from purchased commodity data based on a purchase history in a user database; (2) a means for associating the added tag to a purchased commodity, creating a feature table for each purchased commodity, and recording the created table; (3) a means for repeatedly performing (1) and (2) for each purchased commodity, ranking the tags with respect to the whole of the commodities purchased by the user, and storing the tags; (4) a means for registering a list of the ranked tags in the user database in association with a user; (5) a means for extracting one or more ranked tags from the user database upon request and creating a tag combination; (6) a means for extracting a commodity that matches the created tag combination; (7) and a means for displaying the extracted commodity on a designated terminal.
