Abstract:
[Problem] To provide: a common mode coil that is capable of efficiently and without hindrance removing noise that is caused by a common mode electric current that flows out from a motor and a housing, suppressing variation between a plurality of windings, and ensuring sufficient insulation between the windings; and an inverter device and an electric compressor that are provided with said common mode coil. [Solution] The common mode coil 66 comprises: a magnetic body 660; a case member 661 that can be attached to the magnetic body 660, said case member having in at least a portion thereof a winding retaining portion 663; and a plurality of windings 662 to which different voltages are applied, and/or a plurality of windings 662 through which a polyphase electric current flows. In at least a portion of the winding retaining portion 663, the plurality of windings 662 are wound so as to be adjacent to each other in parallel, and the winding retaining portion 663 has partitioning means that are constituted by insulating members and are interposed between adjacent windings 662.
