Abstract:
The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a common mode noise filter that can be used in a high-frequency band. The common mode noise filter of the present disclosure comprises a first insulator layer (11a) to a fifth insulator layer (11e), and a stacked body (12) in which the first insulator layer (11a) to the fifth insulator layer (11e) are stacked in an upper-lower direction. The common mode noise filter also includes a first spiral conductor (14) and a second spiral conductor (15) which are formed in the stacked body (12) and oppose each other with the first insulator layer (11a) therebetween. Further, the common mode noise filter includes a first pad portion (25) connected to an inner end of the first spiral conductor (14), and a second pad portion (26) connected to an inner end of the second spiral conductor (15). The first pad portion (25), the second pad portion (26), the first spiral conductor (14), and the second spiral conductor (15) do not overlap when viewed from above.
