Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a communication apparatus, a communication method, and a program that are capable of, while maintaining or improving the communication efficiency of the entirety of a communication system including a plurality of communication apparatuses, equalizing the communication efficiencies of the plurality of the communication apparatuses.
[Solution] A communication apparatus is provided with: a control unit that makes a setting regarding a transmission resource in accordance with a communication parameter determined on the basis of signal power information that changes with the magnitude of transmission power; and a communication unit that transmits frames in accordance with the setting regarding the transmission resource.
