The present invention relates to the field of communication, and provides a communication authentication processing method and apparatus, a device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a packet to be decrypted and a calling number information of a first terminal; obtaining a first key on the basis of the calling number information; decrypting said packet by means of the first key to obtain a first authentication code; generating a second authentication code on the basis of the first information corresponding to the first terminal and the first key; and determining whether the first terminal is successfully authenticated on the basis of the first authentication code and the second authentication code, and sending a response packet to the first terminal. After the first key is obtained, the first authentication code can be generated on the basis of the first key; the second authentication code can be generated by means of the first information and the first key. By means of the first authentication code and the second authentication code, the identity authentication of the first terminal (a calling terminal) can be realized, so that the security of Beidou satellite network communication is ensured.
