Abstract:
Provided is a communication control apparatus and the like used for a communication network system where a plurality of sites work together to provide services and configured to keep the quality of the services stable when the quality of communication in the network connecting the sites together deteriorates. The communication control apparatus (2102) includes: a communication quality checker (2104) for checking communication quality information indicative of the quality of communication in the communication network system; and a discard rule generator (2103) for generating a discard rule used to discard communication data in the communication network on the basis of the communication quality information checked by the communication quality checking means, system knowledge information about retransmission control of communication data that achieves the services provided in the communication network system, and operational policy information containing a priority level for one or more services provided in the communication network system.
