Abstract:
Each of a plurality of applications (81) provided to a vehicle (Hv) outputs a communication initiation request that includes an application ID and communication conditions to a wireless communication device (7) if the need for communication with a corresponding server (4) occurs. The wireless communication device (7) determines whether there is a communication line that fulfills the communication conditions notified by the application (81) on the basis of the available capacity, communication speed, etc., of each communication line. If there is a line that fulfills the communication conditions, a source port for the application (81) is secured and routing settings are configured. A communication-permitted response including the source port number is then sent back to the application (81) that is the source of the communication request. However, if there is no line that fulfills the communication conditions, an allocation-impossible response is sent back to the application (81).
