Abstract:
A communication control method, which is applied to a mobile communication system including a user terminal capable of storing both an MDT measurement log related to a radio environment measured on the basis of an instruction from a network and a connection establishment failure log related to a failure of procedure of establishment of RRC connection with the network, comprises: a step in which the user terminal allocates a dedicated storage area for storing the connection establishment failure log; and a step in which the user terminal stores the connection establishment failure log into the dedicated storage area allocated in the foregoing allocation step.
