Abstract:
This communication device (100) comprises a reception unit (112) which receives, from a base station (200), a system information block including one or a plurality of tracking reference signal (TRS) resource configurations for the communication device (100) in a radio resource control (RRC) idle state or an RRC inactive state. The reception unit (112) receives, from the base station (200), downlink control information (DCI) including a TRS field pertaining to the availability of the one or plurality of TRS resource configurations. The system information block further includes information for configuring correspondence between the TRS resource configurations in the one or plurality of TRS resource configurations and respective bits of the TRS information field that indicates the availability of the TRS resource configurations, and information for configuring a valid period of the TRS field.
