According to the present invention, a communication device receives an absolute time, generates a message including first information indicating the absolute time, and second information that is information related to a time source that provides the absolute time, and transmits the message to one or more other communication devices via a PC5 interface conforming to the 3rd generation partnership project (3GPP) standard.
