Abstract:

This communication device (100) is provided with: a communication unit (102) that communicates with each of a plurality of apparatuses (110); an acquisition unit (104), which acquires measurement values measured by means of the apparatuses (110), and apparatus state information relating to the states of the apparatuses from the apparatuses (110) via the communication unit (102), and which acquires communication state information relating to the communication states of the apparatuses (110) in the communication unit (102); a detection unit (106) that detects an alarm relating to the apparatuses (110) on the basis of at least one of the measurement values, apparatus state information, and communication state information, which are relating to the apparatuses (110); and an output unit (108) that outputs information relating to the alarm detected relating to the apparatuses (110).
