Abstract:
[Problem] To further improve overall transmission efficiency of a system by enabling flexible designs corresponding to cases of use. [Solution] This communication device is provided with: an acquisition unit for acquiring first control information and second control information related to a plurality of resources which are identified by frequency and time, and which can be used to transmit data; and a control unit which implements control on the basis of the first control information such that a resource is arbitrarily selected from among the plurality of resources to transmit data to a transmission object. The control unit controls the selection of the resource from among the plurality of resources on the basis of the second control information.
