Abstract:
Provided is a communication device with which it is possible to easily match a company wishing to improve operation with a company that performs analysis for improving operation. According to an embodiment, an operation data accumulation unit accumulates operation data that represents the execution history of operations in a first company. An attribute addition unit generates attribute data on the basis of the operation data, the attribute data representing the implementation status of operations in the first company, and causes the generated attribute data to be accumulated by an attribute data accumulation unit. An attribute data publication unit publishes the attribute data to a second company. An improvement proposition input unit inputs, from the second company, information that pertains to a proposition for operation improvement based on the attribute data. An improvement proposition disclosure unit discloses the inputted information pertaining to the improvement proposition to the first company. An improvement proposition acceptance reception unit receives a response for acceptance of the improvement proposition. A proposition destination disclosure unit discloses information pertaining to the first company to the second company in accordance with the response for acceptance.
