Abstract:
A communication level table storage unit (42) stores a communication level table which defines correspondences between communication levels defined at least by MCS (modulation scheme and coding rate), and CINR ranges required for the communication levels. A communication quality management unit (44) acquires the received signal CINR of another communication device which is a party to a communication. A setting unit (46) queries the communication level table, and if the difference between the representative value of the required CINR range of the current communication level and the representative value of the required CINR range of the CINR of the next highest communication level is greater than or equal to a threshold value, sets the communication level such that the acquired received signal CINR is within the required CINR range.
