Abstract:
This communication device comprises: a transmission unit that transmits, to a base station, a buffer status report associated with uplink data so as to be prioritized over a mobility-related operation when the priority of the uplink data is a predetermined priority; and a reception unit that receives an uplink scheduling grant corresponding to the buffer status report from the base station.
