Abstract:
Provided is a communication device whereby listening is easy even in an environment where listening using only air-conducted sound would be difficult, which has few parts and is easily mounted, and which has low power consumption. A communication device (100) is provided with: a protective panel (101) that functions as an contact member provided at a position where at least a part of the protective panel comes into contact with a user's ear and/or the body around the ear; and an oscillator (111) for oscillating at an audible frequency band at which the oscillation would not be transmitted to the user's auditory organs via the user's skull from the protective panel (101), the oscillator being surface-bonded to the protective panel (101).
