Abstract:
Provided are a communication key configuration method and apparatus. The method comprises: a certificate key management server receiving a first message from a first terminal, wherein the first message includes a first certificate and a second certificate; the certificate key management server verifying, on the basis of the first certificate, that the first terminal has an identity credential for requesting a communication key by using the second certificate; and furthermore, the certificate key management server encrypting, by using a first public key in the second certificate, the communication key allocated to the first terminal, so as to obtain ciphertext of the communication key, thereby sending, to the first terminal, a second message including the ciphertext of the communication key. It can be seen that by means of the method, a communication key can be directly allocated to a first terminal, so as to reduce the number of message interactions required for negotiation of a key, an identity credential of the first terminal can also be verified by using a first certificate, and the communication key is encrypted by using a second certificate, thereby greatly ensuring the distribution and delivery security of the communication key.
