Abstract:
The present application provides a communication method and a communication device. The communication method comprises: a terminal device sends to a first network device a request for accessing a target network slice, the request message comprising identifier information of a network slice group to which the target network slice belongs and first identifier information of the target network slice, wherein the first identifier information of the target network slice is generated after modifying single network slice selection assistance information (S-NSSAI) of the target network slice; and the terminal device receives a reply message from the first network device, the reply message indicating that a second network device allows the terminal device to access the target network slice. The method can increase, on the premise of avoiding the leakage of sensitive information of a network slice, the possibility that the first network device selects the second network device capable of serving the target network slice that the terminal device requests to access.
