The communication method comprises: sending a first broadcast message to a terminal, wherein the first broadcast message at least comprises one of the following: a message type, terminal selection information, and resource indication information; and receiving a response message sent by the one or more target terminals on a resource, which is indicated by the resource indication information, in response to the first broadcast message, wherein the response message at least comprises one of the following: a message type and terminal information.
