Abstract:

Provided by the embodiments of the present application are a communication method and apparatus, and a storage medium, the communication method comprising: a new primary network device sending a request to a previous primary network device, the request being used to request context information of a terminal device on the previous primary network device and a previous auxiliary network device; and receiving from the source master network device the context information of the terminal device on the source master network device and the source auxiliary network device. The present application may effectively simplify the implementation steps of a terminal device restoring to a multiconnection mode, decrease signalling flow, and reduce delay, thereby increasing network transmission efficiency.
