Provided are a communication method, apparatus and system, and a storage medium. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving first downlink control information from a network device, wherein the first downlink control information comprises first SRS information; receiving second downlink control information from the network device, wherein the second downlink control information comprises second SRS information; and if the first SRS information is different from the second SRS information, the terminal device not sending or delaying the sending of an SRS that conflicts with a physical uplink shared channel and/or a physical uplink control channel, wherein the SRS that conflicts with the physical uplink shared channel and/or the physical uplink control channel is a first SRS corresponding to the first SRS information or a second SRS corresponding to the second SRS information. Different SRS information is configured in downlink control information, so that a terminal delays the sending of an SRS, thereby increasing the opportunity of sending the SRS, such that a network device acquires more SRSs for accurately estimating the uplink channel quality.
