Abstract:
A communication method and apparatus, applicable to fields such as V2X, vehicle to everything, intelligent connected vehicles, assistant driving and intelligent driving. Said method comprises: a first terminal device determining a first new data indicator (NDI) according to the identifier of a first destination address and the identifier of a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) process, the first NDI being contained in first sidelink control information (SCI), and the first SCI being used for scheduling first data; and the first terminal device sending, by means of a sidelink, the first SCI and/or the first data to a second terminal device.
