Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a communication method and apparatus. The method comprises: a user equipment (UE) determines first information corresponding to uplink data, the first information being used for identifying a service type or a bearer corresponding to the uplink data under a first standard; the UE determines second information according to the first information, the second information being used for identifying a service type or a bearer corresponding to the uplink data under a second standard, the second standard being different from the first standard; the UE sends the uplink data according to the second information using air interface technology of the second standard. On the basis of the solution, a UE obtains, according to first information, second information identifiable by the UE under a second standard, such that the UE can send uplink data according to the second information using air interface technology of the second standard, thus ensuring normal communication of the UE under cross-standard scenarios.
