Abstract:

Provided are a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: a terminal device performing listen before talk (LBT) in a high-frequency unlicensed frequency band; if LBT is successful, the terminal device sending uplink information to a network device on the high-frequency unlicensed frequency band, the uplink information comprising a cyclic prefix extension (CPE), and a duration of the CPE being determined according to a preset duration and/or an LBT duration in a high frequency. The method in embodiments of the present application helps to avoid conflicts between terminal devices.
