Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: when acquiring measurement configuration information, a terminal device also being capable of directly acquiring NTN parameter information required for measurement or determining the NTN parameter information according to indication information; further, the terminal device performing measurement according to the measurement configuration information and the NTN parameter information; and according to ephemeris information in the NTN parameter information, the terminal device being capable of supplementing or adjusting the offset of a measurement frequency point, a measurement time, etc., which are caused by a satellite motion, thereby ensuring that search measurement can be performed more quickly and more accurately, and thus meeting communication delay requirements and improving the measurement precision.
