Abstract:
The present application discloses a communication method and device, wherein a sending end apparatus sends first information to a receiving end apparatus, and the receiving end apparatus receives the first information, the first information being used to determine an MCS used by second-level scheduling signaling, and determines the MCS used by the second-level scheduling signaling from one or more modulation and coding schemes (MCSs) according to the first information, so as to realize the flexible configuration of the MCS used by the second-level scheduling signaling.
