Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for the generation of a virtual object (VO, VO1..VO11) in a video capture (VID) by at least one service provider (DE, DE', DE1..DE4), which corresponds to at least one service-providing user (1) and their terminal (2) and/or at least one artificial intelligence function (KI, KI', KI1..KI5) in a computer server system (CS). Based on a request (REQ) of a service recipient (DS), the service provider (DE) is determined from a plurality of service providers (DE') in a database (DB) in the computer server system (CS). The service provider (DE) adds a virtual object (VO, VO1..VO11), which is provided for and is/can be presented to the service recipient (DS), to a video capture (VID) of a scene (SZ) on the service recipient (DS) side.
