Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a communication method and a related apparatus. The method comprises: a first device receiving a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) broadcast from a second device, the BLE broadcast comprising a first field, the first field being used to carry a first device information version number of the second device, and the first device information version number being used to indicate the version of current device information of the second device; the first device determining that device information of the second device is stored therein, the device information of the second device comprising a second device information version number of the second device, and the second device information version number being used to indicate the version of the device information of the second device stored in the first device; and if the first device information version number is the same as the second device information version number, recovering the device information of the second device stored in the first device. The method provided in the present application enables quick networking between devices.
