Abstract:
Provided are a communication method, a terminal device and a network device. The method comprises: a terminal device receiving a plurality of pieces of downlink control information (DCI), wherein some of or all the plurality of pieces of DCI indicate a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state of a first signal or channel having an association relationship with a first control resource set (CORESET) configured with a first CORESET pool index, and when validation times of TCI states indicated in the plurality of pieces of DCI are the same, the TCI state of the first signal or channel is determined according to the plurality of pieces of DCI, the plurality of pieces of DCI all indicate the TCI states according to a unified TCI architecture, and the plurality of pieces of DCI are transmitted by means of a CORESET configured with the first CORESET pool index and/or a CORESET configured with a second CORESET pool index. In the present application, the TCI state of the first signal or channel can be determined according to the plurality of pieces of DCI, so that the first signal or channel can be accurately transmitted according to the determined TCI state, thereby avoiding abnormal data transmission.
