Abstract:
The present application relates to a communication method, and a terminal device. The communication method comprises: a terminal device determining the type of a timing advance group (TAG) on the basis of a first manner; and the terminal device executing a first action on the basis of the type of the TAG and a timer associated with the TAG. According to the embodiments of the present application, a terminal device can execute a first action on the basis of the type of a TAG and a timer associated with the TAG, thus facilitating an improvement in service continuity.
