Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a communication method and an uplink resource determination method, being used to solve the problem in the prior art that as a terminal device determines a wrong PUCCH resource resulting in a conflict with a PUCCH resource used by another terminal device, the network device may not receive an ACK/NACK response fed back by the terminal device. The communication method comprises: a network device sending downlink information to a terminal device on N downlink resources; the N downlink resources comprising at least two first downlink resources, the at least two first downlink resources being used to determine an uplink resource used by the terminal device to send uplink control information (UCI), or one resource of the at least two first downlink resources being used to determine the uplink resource, the downlink resource being a downlink control channel resource and/or a downlink shared channel resource; the network device receiving the UCI sent by the terminal device on the uplink resource, said N being a positive integer greater than 1.
