Abstract:
The present disclosure discloses a communication method, a user equipment, and a device with storage function. The method includes: finding at least one first-best cell in a range of RAN notification area, the first-best cell with communication qualities satisfying cell selection criteria, and the first-best cell is the highest absolute priority among all cells with communication qualities satisfying cell selection criteria in the RAN notification area; if the first-best cell is found, making the first-best cell serve as a reselected cell, and if not, finding a second-best cell among all available cells, the second-best cell with communication qualities satisfying cell selection criteria, and the second-best cell is the highest absolute priority among all cells with the quality satisfying the cell selection criteria in the available cells; and if the second-best cell is found, making the second-best cell serve as the reselected cell.
