Abstract:
This communication path setting device 20 is provided with: a calculation means 21 for calculating, as predetermined link cost, the number of links that are likely to be unavailable if a failure occurs in a communication network while an active system path passes through a predetermined link among links connecting devices constituting a communication network when a new communication path composed of the active system path and a redundant system path is set in the communication network; and a selection means 22 for selecting a link through which the active system path passes on the basis of the calculated cost.
