Abstract:
Disclosed are a communication processing method and apparatus under a central unit-distributed unit architecture. The method comprises: when communication is carried out under a CU-DU architecture, controlling an L3 signalling process at the CU; performing corresponding parameter and carrier configuration of each layer on a UE and/or the DU, and /or performing corresponding DU public configuration on the DU; and receiving state information reported by the DU. The DU provides, to the CU, an L1/L2 configuration suggestion relevant to the DU, performs L1/L2 level of management and operation on the UE, and reports the state information about the DU to the CU. By means of the present application, the CU can better control the DU, and the DU can feed back its own state timely; the two provide services for the UE cooperatively, thereby ensuring lower complexity and overhead, improving system efficiency, and ensuring very good user experience.
