Abstract:
One disclosure of the present specification provides a method by which an NG-RAN performs communication. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a PDU session establishment request message from UE; transmitting the PDU session establishment request message to an SMF; receiving, from the SMF, a PDU session resource configuration request message including a requested RSN and PDU session pair ID; on the basis of an AI/ML model, determining a target node and RSN for a PDU session related to redundant transmission; and allocating an UP path on the basis of the determined RSN value and the PDU session pair ID.
