Abstract:
In an access device equipped with an offload function, resources of the access devices are overconsumed when a handover occurs to the access device. This communication system (1) includes an access device (access functions (11, 12)) equipped with a means for terminating a path of communication with a communication terminal (50), and an access control device (access GW function (C-plane) (20)) for controlling the access device. This communication system (1) has a determination means (communication terminal management function (20a)) for determining whether to induce processing for switching the path of communication in response to the movement history of the communication terminal (50) on the basis of the operating state of the communication terminal (50).
