Abstract:
Provided are: a communication system in which coordinated transmission of data can be performed from a plurality of base stations to a plurality of communication terminals by using the same radio resource; the base station; and a communication control method. According to the present invention, when a first communication terminal exists in a cell boundary area, a first base station acquires the values of interference suppression parameters which are to be applied to a transmission signal from the first base station in order to suppress interference of a second base station by the first communication terminal. The second base station copies desired data for a second communication terminal that exists in the cell of the second base station, and sends the desired data to the first base station. The first base station generates a transmission signal on the basis of the values of interference suppression parameters, desired data for the first communication terminal, the desired data for the second communication terminal received from the second base station, and control information about data coordinated transmission. The second base station generates a transmission signal of the desired data for the second communication terminal. The base stations coordinately transmit transmission signals at a predetermined timing for data coordinated transmission.
