Abstract:
There is provided a response device of a communication system capable of performing stable communication by increasing the modulation degree. The communication system response device (20) has an antenna (22) connected to a coil (L1) as an impedance element. The coil (L1) is connected to a resistor (R2) and a diode (D2) as a switching element for flowing of a high-frequency wave to the ground. The antenna (22) is a monopole antenna having low impedance. The coil (L1) has inductance of 10nH. The diode (D2) has phase difference of 122 degrees and amplitude ratio of 1.1 between the state when current of 100 mA is applied to the diode (D2) and the state when no current is applied.
