Abstract:
This welding system is provided with: a welding power source device; a wire feeding device that communicates with the welding power source device; and a power transmission line which provides power from the welding power source device to the wire feeding device. The welding power source device is provided with: a power source unit for power transmission which supplies power to the wire feeding device; a switching unit which switches the voltage applied by the power source unit for power transmission; and a switch. The wire feeding device is provided with: a power source unit for power reception which receives the power from the power source unit for power transmission through the power transmission line; and an identification unit which identifies the voltage applied to the power source unit for power reception.
