Abstract:
[Problem] To appropriately determine degradation in quality of voice after an arithmetic process such as a codec conversion process or an echo cancellation process for voice data during a telephone call. [Solution] A communication transmission device 20 is connected between IP phones 11, 12, and is provided with: a tone storage unit 21 that stores unique tone data T; an addition unit 22 that acquires additional data by adding the tone data T to voice data V transmitted from the IP phone 11; an arithmetic processing unit 24 that converts the format of the additional data in accordance with prescribed specifications, and acquires conversion data comprising the converted voice data Vc and tone data Tc; a separation unit 25 that separates the tone data Tc from the converted data; and a comparison determination unit 26 that determines that there is quality degradation in the voice data Vc when the tone data T added to the voice data V before the conversion by the arithmetic processing unit 24 is different from the tone data Tc separated from the voice data Vc by the separation unit 25 after the conversion.
