Abstract:
A commutator segment arrangement apparatus, comprising a core (1), commutator segments (2), mica segments (3), and a position-limiting body (4). The core (1) comprises a core body (11), slots (12), and protrusions (13); the core (1) is fitted over a position-limiting shaft (41) at the upper end of the position-limiting body (4); the bottom surface of the core (1) is flush with the upper surface of a position-limiting plate (42) at the lower end of the position-limiting body (4); the commutator segments (2) are arranged in the slots (12) and mate with the slots (12); an engagement slot (131) is formed at the middle of the outer side of each protrusion (13); the mica segments (3) are arranged between the commutator segments (2) and mate with the engagement slots (131). According to the commutator segment arrangement apparatus, the structure is simple and easy to implement; by positioning the commutator segments and the mica segments by means of the position-limiting body and the engagement slots, the installation precision and the product performance stability are improved, and therefore the production efficiency is improved.
