Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of commutator manufacturing, and specifically relates to a commutator segment arrangement die, comprising a machine frame, a turntable, and a position guide block; the machine frame is connected in sequence from top to bottom by a base housing, a connecting neck, and a position-limiting platform; the turntable is disposed horizontally rotatable on the top of the base housing; the position-limiting platform is located above the turntable; an insertion socket running upward and downward through the position-limiting platform is disposed therein; the insertion socket is equipped with the position guide block. The commutator segment arrangement die provided by the present invention has a reasonable design, is convenient to operate, and is highly adaptable, and is capable of accurate positioning during segment arrangement operations, significantly improving operational efficiency and reducing the rate of defective products.
