Abstract:
Provided is a compact automatic vending machine, miniaturized and configured in an extremely simple manner, which sells a commodity container, such as a can, a bottle, or a plastic bottle, into which food, a beverage, or the like is packed. The compact automatic vending machine comprises: a plurality of storage space parts (S) in which commodity containers (9) are contained and stacked in the vertical direction in a state where the commodity containers (9) are laid down sideways; a drum (A) mounted on the lower end of each of the storage space parts (S) and housing a commodity container positioned at the most bottom portion of the stacked commodity containers therein; and a driving source (6) which rotates the drum (A) in the axial circumferential direction. The drum (A) is formed such that: side plate parts (4, 4) are formed on both sides in the longitudinal direction of a receiving surface part (3) which is configured by a support receiving plate (30) having a circular arc cross section orthogonal to the longitudinal direction; a protrusion piece (32) protruding in the circumferential direction of the receiving surface part (3) is mounted on the front side in the forward rotation direction of the drum (A); said protrusion piece (32) is formed as a member separate from the support receiving plate (30) and comprises an insertion portion (321) and a mounting base (322) which is fixed to the support receiving plate (30); and the insertion portion (321) is formed so as to be reduced in thickness toward the tip thereof.
