Abstract:
The present invention is applicable in the field of backfill mining under a coal mining shaft. Disclosed are a compacting shearer conveying machine and a compaction method. The machine comprises a compacting shearer (5), a transition shearer (6), a compacting cylinder (2), a shearer chain (4), a hanging chain (3), a turning hub (7), an elevation platform (11), a material unloading opening (8), an insertion panel (10), and a displacement cylinder (9). The compacting shearer (5) is positioned directly below a hydraulic support frame tail beam (1). The transition shearer (6) is positioned between two adjacent hydraulic support frames. The compacting shearer (5) and the transition shearer (6) are linked together by means of an engagement slot. The compacting shearer (5) is fixed, via a compacting cylinder (2), on the hydraulic support frame tail beam (1). The transition shearer (6) is suspended from the hydraulic support frame tail beam (1) by the hanging chain (3). The turning hub (7) is fixed to a base at a head and tail of the machine. A right side of the compacting shearer (5) is provided with the material unloading opening (8). The material unloading opening (8) can be sealed using the insertion panel (10). The displacement cylinder (9) controls, by means of pushing and pulling of the insertion panel (10), the closing of the material unloading opening (8). The compacting cylinder (2) can control vertical motion of the compacting shearer (5), realizing compaction of backfill material. The compacting shearer conveying machine can realize automatic unloading and compaction of material, achieves good results in filling of goaf areas, and has excellent performance when used in horizontal coal seams.
