Abstract:
This comparator circuit comprises: a 0-th capacitor having a first end to which an input voltage is applied; a 0-th inverter having an input end connected to a second end of the 0-th capacitor at a 0-th node; a first capacitor having a first end connected to an output end of the 0-th inverter at a first node; a first inverter having an input end connected to a second end of the first capacitor at a second node; a second inverter having an input end connected to an output end of the first inverter at a third node; a 0-th switch for switching conduction/disconnection between the 0-th node and the first node; a first switch for switching conduction/disconnection between the second node and the third node; a second switch for switching conduction/disconnection between the first node and the third node; and a third switch for switching conduction/disconnection between the third node and an output end of the second inverter.
