Abstract:
The present technology relates to a comparator and an imaging device which make it possible to easily change an operation point potential of the comparator. A pixel signal output from a pixel and a reference signal the voltage of which changes are input to a differential pair. A current mirror is connected to the differential pair, and a voltage drop mechanism for causing a prescribed voltage drop is connected between transistors constituting the differential pair and transistors constituting the current mirror. Switches are connected in parallel to the voltage drop mechanism. The present technology can be applied to an image sensor for capturing an image, for example.
