Abstract:
The present invention relates to a comparator, comprising: a first-stage operational discharge circuit, a second-stage operational discharge circuit, a bias circuit and a clamping circuit; the first-stage operational discharge circuit comprises two voltage input terminals and one voltage output terminal; the second-stage operational discharge circuit is connected to the bias circuit and the voltage output terminal of the first-stage operational discharge circuit; and the clamping circuit is connected to the voltage output terminal of the first-stage operational discharge circuit. By means of adding a clamping circuit, the comparator can clamp the maximum voltage of the voltage output terminal of the first-stage operational discharge circuit to a preset voltage. There are relatively few changes in the amplitude of the voltage of the first-stage operational discharge circuit during the working process of the comparator, which can reduce the discharge delay of the voltage output terminal of the first-stage operational discharge circuit, thereby increasing the turning speed of the comparator.
