Abstract:
A comparison circuit and a memory chip. The comparison circuit comprises: a comparison module, wherein a first input end thereof is connected to a voltage to be measured, and a second input end thereof is connected to a reference voltage; a state determination module, wherein a first input end thereof is connected to a first output end of the comparison module, and a second input end thereof is connected to a second output end of the comparison module; and a state memory module, wherein an input end thereof is connected to a first output end of the comparison module, and an enabling end thereof is connected to an output end of the state determination module. The technical solution can improve the processing efficiency of the comparison circuit.
