The present invention relates to a complement component 7 (C7) biomarker composition in tissue for companion diagnosis and uses thereof and, more particularly, to a biomarker composition for companion diagnosis for predicting a treatment response to an immuno-anticancer agent comprising complement C7 in tissue, and a companion diagnostic kit using same, and a method for providing information on a prediction of response to treatment with an immuno-anticancer agent. In the present invention, since it was confirmed that a high level of expression of a complement C7 protein in cancer tissue results in a high response to treatment with an immuno-anticancer agent, the complement C7 biomarker in tissue of the present invention may be effectively applied to a companion diagnostic analysis and a kit for determining a suitable patient group for treatment with an immuno-anticancer agent.
