Abstract:
Disclosed are a completely recyclable barrier PE film material, comprising a film layered structure of three or five or more layers stacked together, wherein the substrate of each film layer is a PE material, and the film layer structure comprises at least one layer of HDPE functional layer having high-density polyethylene polymer material as the base material. The preparation method of the film material comprises the steps of feeding, heating and melting, co-extrusion, film blowing, cooling and shaping, traction, and winding, etc. The film blowing, cooling and shaping stage is a one-time film blowing and molding to obtain all the film layers, and a film stretching operation is added during the traction process. The number of extruders is more than five and corresponds to the number of layers of the film material to be prepared. The number of flow channels of a mold head of a film blowing machine is more than five and is consistent with the number of layers of the film material to be prepared. The film material in the present invention can be used in packaging materials or buffer bag materials for various industries. The product in the present invention has the advantages of being environmentally friendly, and having good mechanical properties, good barrier properties, low costs, good comprehensive performance, etc.
